Terms

The rules should be easy to understand before real accounts and large-scale billing go live.

This page gives ClastX a clear product-facing terms surface now, so pricing, usage, and availability have a home on the website while the app stays focused on coding work.

Product scope

The website promotes ClastX, explains plans, and supports the customer journey. The coding app itself is the surface for debugging, code explanation, planning, and implementation support.

Plans, credits, and limits

Paid access should be governed by included credits, top-ups, and hard stops. Stronger models cost more credits, and usage should stop or ask for an upgrade before margin turns negative.

Availability and preview behavior

Some parts of ClastX may run in preview mode or temporary fallback mode while live AI, billing, or account systems are unavailable. The product should explain that clearly instead of pretending everything is always live.

Acceptable use

Users should not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use ClastX in ways that break law, policy, or the safety of the platform and other users.

Important note

This page is product-ready draft copy for the site and should still be reviewed by legal counsel before a broad commercial launch.
